2

DAY 2: Casablanca to Rabat

After Loudaya we continue to the Kasbah of Challah, the fascinating site of a Merinid necropolis located on the site of an ancient city in the present city of Rabat, close to the impressive Almohad ramparts.
We then proceed to the Hassan Tower. In the 12th century, the tower was intended to be the largest minaret in the world along with its mosque, also intended to be the world’s largest. When al-Mansur died in 1199, construction on the mosque stopped and it remains frozen in time.

After visiting Rabat spectacular monuments, we take the road to Chefchaouen (the blue city), through the scenic Rif Mountains.

Your night will be spent in a comfortable riad in the old medina of Chefchaouen.

The Roman ruins are  extensive and remarkably intact – we will explore them with an expert guide. Then on the banks of the wadi Rhoumane river and near Meknes, we will have an hour visit to the holy city of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun with a local certified guide. We will then  continue on our way to Meknes for lunch and a tour.

Meknes has been under the protection of UNESCO since 1996. In Meknes we will explore historic sites like the gate of Bab Mansour, Sakkar prison, Hedim Square, and the immense royal stables.

On the way to the biggest sand dunes in the world, we will stop by Irfan, a beautiful city constructed by the French before Moroccan independence.  Located in the Middle Atlas, at 1713 meters above sea level, Ifran is a ski resort. We then continue through the forest of Azrou where you can see – and photograph – wild monkeys.  We then drive to Merzouga, going by way of Morocco’s apple capital, Midelt, where we will have lunch.

The drive from Midelt to Merzouga is a series of fascinating landscapes, with stops for photos. Arriving in Merzouga, you will meet your camel and guide for a one hour ride through the dunes to your desert camp for the night. Dinner will be served in a large year-round tent,  under the stars with local music of the Tuareg people. Accommodations are in luxury year-round tents with full facilities.

Your hotel is located in the front of the valley to ensure that you have the best panoramic view of the entire valley

9

DAY 9: boumalne to ouarzazate.

From Boumalen to Ouarzazate we cross the Boumalne Valley, to arrive in the Rose Valley. Here you will meet the Berber women who make authentic rose water. The roses and their products are most special, and provide work for the Berber women and men.

After driving 45 kilometers, we will stop in Skoura. Here, in this quiet little village dotted with palm tree groves, you will find one kasbah that stands out from the rest. The Kasbah Amridil, originally built in the 17th century, is one of Morocco’s most iconic living museums. It has withstood the test of time, making it the ideal setting for insights into the ancient traditions of Kasbah life It is now a short drive to Ouarzazate, the second Hollywood and production site of many adventure films. At the cinema studios you can take a tour of all the sets of the Hollywood movies made here. Overnight at a quality hotel in Ouarzazate city.

Despite its proximity to Marrakech, it is still considered a relatively preserved valley, both in its nature and in its traditional mountain lifestyle. Our lunch will be served next to the big river so we can enjoy untouched nature and Berber food.

The Best 15 days Tour of Morocco
If there’s anything we can recommend in Morocco it is to BOOK A TOUR WITH ourrealmorocco!!!! We had an amazing time travelling from Marrakech over the High Altus Mountains to the Desert true many different citys where we were lucky enough to ride camels, sleep in the desert and stay in the home town of our guide before returning past beautiful, eye opening.

Our tour was fantastic and took care, detail and attention that one would expect from a first rate service. Hicham has great people skills, he is funny, and is more than able to desert when to let you wander by yourself or when you are in need of more direction. Often during our tour were asked if things were ‘perfect’ to make sure that they truly were, and we could only reply that ‘Yes it is” such was the quality of the service provided.

Thank you ourrealmorocco for a great tour and an unforgettable time in Morocco! We hope to see you again next time!

Most organised trip that I ever experienced
Dear All,

I am really glad that I can share here and later on even more detailed in my personal blog my wonderful experience with all of you and hope this review will help to all of you that really wanna taste all the beauty and spice that Morocco can offer to all of you.

I decide to choose this amazing travel agency during my research for the right offer that can give me everything that I have wanted for this trip. My Maltese friends recommended me Mr Hicham as they all been traveling to Morocco with his agency. I contact him and he was really amazing and helpful answering all my questions and offering me different options including different locations. I saw immediately for how serious and experienced agency I am facing at and after couple of hours I immediately make decision that this is exactly what we wanted with my sister.

We book the trip between 27 December 2018 and 3 Of January 2019 Looking at the program that was offering many many things we decide that we want only one day to be changed and that was the day for New Years Eve which we wanted to be spend in Marrakech and Hicham change it for us in a moment without changing the prize which was really amazing from his side. In the package that he send us was mention only the cities that we will visit, the tour guide, hotels and things that are included. BUT that was only 10 % of what this trip REALLY offer.

By my experience as world traveler with more than 50 countries that I have in my travel history I make conclusion that I can believe to this people as they never mention money before like other agency but they were happy to make us sure in the program and the other things were left for later on which gives me security as we travel in specific country where u need to be safe and satisfied.

We pay only small deposit week before we traveled and all the rest we pay when we had the pleasure to meet Hicham in person.

On 27 we flight from Malta to Casablanca with Air Malta and I recommend this flight which was pleasant and the crew was really helpful even if in the past I don’t have some nice experience with them. The flight takes us less than 4 hours and we arrive safe and ready to start our adventure.

From the start I will tell you to don’t read or watch YouTube videos regarding passport control or safety as they really pictured the country on bad way which is not true and we really didn’t have any kind of problem to enter the country. Yes there is check ups but that is for the good of everyone proving that this country is very safe for traveling and even more than many places I have visit.

When we get out of our terminal we meet our tour guide Omar that was holding my name in his hands ready to take us around the paradise. We didn’t have really a lot of information regarding him but instantly we felt comfortable with him helping with our baggage and bringing us to a nice Jeep explaining us regarding the safety and Casablanca in general.

I must tell you from the start that the tour guide is 50 % important for this kind of trips and his knowledge and ability to show you places and to make really experience all is based of his personality and experience otherwise you will just go around without noticing many things. OMAR IS EVERYTHING!
We really recommend him for this trip as this guy is ENCYCLOPEDIA!

In Casablanca we visit all the things and travel around it daily and at night and was really nice to see this city from different angle. The Mosque of Hassan the Second is the most beautiful thing I ever visit with really nice tour inside giving u a lot of information.

In every place we have had a really solid hotels and nice traditional breakfast and dinner in same places included in the price.

In general we visit Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fez, the Desert Marrakech Essaouira . 15 days and more than 3000 km which was an amazing adventure.

In the trip are included so many things that u will see, places that u will visit, production of many many things that u will not believe it.

We are still shocked and our head is exploding from so many information but I will try to concentrate this review on the organisation more than the other things as I want you to experience all this places by your self.

EVERYTHING in this trip is more than worth it and you just need to follow your guide who will explain you everything and even more that you have plan to visit. You will have opportunity to see my photos and they are saying everything than any work that can describe it.

RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!

U will never do wrong and we are so so THANKFUL for everything that they made for us.

With love
