Our Real Morroco was really good!! The riads were all fantastic and the specialist guides we met were excellent. We traveled as a couple from Australia and no request was ever too much. They were always met with a laugh and genuine smile. Including our detour to the shops! Little touches like the BBQ lunch on the way to Fes were unexpected and a fantastic experience. We would recommend planning your Moroccan trip and travelling with Hicham and his team. We would love to do it again!

Hicham was a delight as a guide, highly knowledgeable, excellent English, open and ready to respond to any questions we had, including those about Morocco in general. He was always ready right on time, and the vehicle, a spacious SUV, was the epitome of comfort. We did two trips with him so far (another, to the coast, is to come), one up to Imlil, close to Toubkal, the great mountain of the High Atlas, and another driving through some of the most stunning landscapes we've ever seen. That took us over to Ourika. In each case, local guides walked with us. In Imlil, we went up, close to a Berber Shrine, then along the many terraces of these high valley. The other trip involved a challenging but fun climb towards and above majestic waterfalls. We especially liked the Berber guide in Imlil, with whom we lunched, along with his young family: he was highly personable, and one got (we thought) a close glimpse of Berber life.

Morocco is a beautiful country with amazing people, but might be difficult to navigate without a good guide.
Hicham was a wealth of knowledge answering every question we had and taking us to all the best local places. I highly recommend going to Chefchaouen for some beautiful views and Marrakesh for some good times! We also visited Rabat and Fez for some amazing historical and cultural tours.
Next time we will definitely be doing the Sahara.
